He is an accomplished global supply chain executive with a proven track record across multiple industries. He worked with some of the largest manufacturers in the world on their global expansion initiatives. Max holds a BA in Political Science from Ohio State University and an Honors MBA from Ben Gurion University.

Ben manages the financial operations and analyzes data to advise and assist the CEO with decision-making. He has more than 30 years of executive and financial leadership experience covering Fortune 500, private equity, and single-owner companies. Ben is a CPA and holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University.

Slaven ensures all products meet rigorous quality standards and align with industry regulations while delivering reliable and efficient solutions for Northfield clients. He’s an experienced professional in power systems engineering, leading technical operations at Northfield, including overseeing the technical strategy and engineering operations for the company’s energy infrastructure solutions. Slaven holds an M.Sc.E.E in Power System Engineering from the University of Belgrade.

Miruna specializes in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and aligning technology with business strategy as the Operational Director for Europe. She brings over 10 years of experience in IT project management and international operations. She has a Master’s degree in International Business Administration at Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Miruna focuses on driving efficiency, innovation, and impactful results across European markets.

Yakup leads Northfield’s operations across Europe, overseeing procurement, production, and logistics to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality energy infrastructure solutions. He brings over a decade of engineering and project management experience, particularly in the design and execution of large-scale data center projects. Yakup holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Kocaeli University and has deep expertise in control systems, UPS and generator commissioning, and integrated monitoring systems.

Jiyon leads Northfield’s regional operations across key U.S.-aligned countries in Asia, overseeing the production and delivery of critical energy infrastructure components. With over a decade of international business and operations experience, Jiyon works closely with manufacturing partners to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely execution across the supply chain. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and brings a global perspective shaped by her professional experience across the U.S., South Korea, and Southeast Asia. Jiyon’s deep cross-cultural fluency and operational leadership are central to advancing Northfield’s global standards of excellence.

Vina oversees operations across Northfield’s transformer manufacturing facilities in Asia, driving alignment between regional execution and global strategy. With over 15 years of cross-functional experience—including 7 years in procurement, 5 years in marketing, and 3 years in sales and business development—she brings a well-rounded, results-driven perspective to operational leadership. Her ability to integrate commercial insight with operational efficiency supports Northfield’s commitment to excellence, agility, and customer satisfaction across diverse markets. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication from Bung Karno University and is known for fostering collaboration, building high-performing teams, and optimizing processes that enable scalable growth across the region.

Matthew drives Northfield’s strategic growth initiatives, leading market expansion and brand development across the energy and procurement sectors. He manages Northfield’s digital presence, overseeing content strategy, marketing campaigns, and outreach efforts. He also works closely with company leadership to align growth initiatives with long-term business objectives. Matthew holds an MD in Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, and brings over a decade of cross-functional leadership experience spanning informatics, technology, and marketing strategy.
